Star, Belgravia

Well apologies for lack of blogging recently but the Great British Beer Festival did get in the way a bit. Still managed to locate one of Brew Wales favourite London pubs though, the Star in Belgravia. A Fullers pub situated in a mews behind the German Embassy, the Star has been in every edition of the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Wonderful dark wood arches lead through to the various areas of this pub, where old engravings and conversation dominate. The range of Fullers beers includes Chiswick and of course ESB as well as London Pride and the seasonal brew, Discovery at the moment. Great pub, have to make the most of London pubs before heading back to Wales. And was the Great Train robbery ever planned in the Star in Belgravia? Well pop in the pub to read the history and find out!
