Garth gets a Beer Festival!


The Cross Inn at Garth, near Maesteg will be holding a beer festival this May Day weekend, the pub is also home to Cerddin Brewery and is only a short walk from Garth station.

Beer & Cider List, all subject to availability etc:
Wye Valley
HPA 4% , a delightful pale ale with a citrus hop aroma and a balanced bitter finish.
Pint Bearer 3.9%, a refreshing chestnut coloured beer.
Butty Bach 4.5%.

Brecon Brewing
Golden Beacon 4.2% , a deep golden ale brewed with progress and pioneer hops.
Diamond Beacon 4.3%, a red ale brewed with a wealth of sovereign hops

Kite Brewery
Thunderbird 4.5% , a mid brown hoppy ale with sweet fruit aromas

Moorhouse
Pride of Pendle 4.1%, a golden amber ale with a fine balance of malt and hops to give a long dry satisfying finish.

Cwrw Tri 4.5% , a dark beer with a smooth coffee start and a chocolate finish.
Landlady’s Gold 4.7% . Gills first brew. A light golden refreshing fruity little number.
