Now and Then - Windsor Arms, Butetown, Rhymney

The top photograph was taken before 1960 according to the description on it and the bottom photo was taken only a couple of weeks ago - the rendering has been removed to reveal the stonework and there have been alterations to the windows and chimneys.
Butetown in Rhymney is a remarkable model village, built in the 1830's, although the first mention of the Windsor Arms was not until 1841 according to this website.
