Built 1891, to replace the Old Ship, first mentioned in 1874, converted to residential 1973 and now known as Alexandra Court.

Thanks for posting this Arfur. I have been doing some family research and it's nice to see the photo of the Ship hotel then and now. My great grandfather was one of the Griffiths Bros.
