Well I'm over 1000 foot up in the Welsh mountains, pressing perry pears on this windswept mountainside. Luckily the farm we are at also produce their own cider so a few bottles of Blaengawney cider are going down well with the workers. Now all we have to do is wait for our perry to ferment to see what it will be like. Hopefully another award winner.

Perry pressing
Well I'm over 1000 foot up in the Welsh mountains, pressing perry pears on this windswept mountainside.
