Now and Then, former Six Bells PH, Garndiffraith

The former Rhymney Brewery pub, the Six Bells, Harpers Road, Garndiffaith, Pontypool is now a private residence. The former railway line to Blaenavon runs to the right of the picture and Six Bells was the original name for the station, it changed to Garndiffaith in 1922.

  1. My great Grandfather Henry Bridges according to the 1881 census lived above the six bells pub in garndiffaith. Do you have any more information about this pub please?
