Today was Brew Wales' last day in London and after polishing off the beer at takedown in Earls Court, headed to the Gunmakers in Clerkenwell. An interesting little pub, run by Jeff Bell, more commonly known as Stonch. He of course writes a beer blog, see link in the right hand column to go to his blog. Would put the link in here but its difficult due to typing this on my phone! Anyway met up with an old university friend of mine for a pint from Purity Brewery and a half of Tim Taylors Landlord. Both very good, the Gunmakers is a small but welcoming real ale pub with 4 handpumps and an interesting bottled beer range. Definetly a pub to go back to for a more detailed report sometime. Heading back to Wales now. Zzzz
